Codays Japan Travel Guide: How to Make Your Trip Smoother?

Make reservations for the shops you want to visit in Japan in advance, and then just follow the itinerary when you arrive. This will save you from queuing and having to find shops on the spot, making your trip smoother and more enjoyable!

Step 1: Complete the event registration.

Please click " Register Now " to complete the event registration and obtain eligibility to participate.

Completing the event registration means you have obtained the qualification to participate in the event and the corresponding band identity, but it does not guarantee that you will receive the reward. Those who have not completed the registration first will not be included in the reward review even if they make an appointment and visit the store later.

Step 2: Select the shops you want to visit and plan your itinerary.

• Go to the store page, select the store you want to book, and complete the booking through Codays.
• The reservation date, time slot, number of people, and available services are subject to the rules of each store.
• Once completed, remember to keep the confirmation email or related records, as you'll need them for verification later.

Step 3: After arriving in Japan, visit the store at your scheduled appointment time for the experience.

Arrive at the store at the appointed time, present your reservation information, and complete your experience, meal, or service.

Step 4: Take a photo and upload it to complete the verification.

Take the required photos as instructed in the event. The photos must clearly show the Codays store recommendation standee and be identifiable as the store's on-site environment or store name. Then upload them to the official LINE account and submit your information and payment account as instructed to complete the verification.

Codays Japan Trip | How much reward can I get on this trip?

• Each store will receive a NT$500 rebate.
• Each person can apply for a maximum of 3 stores, meaning each person can receive a maximum rebate of NT$1,500.
• Each participant can only apply for a reward once at the same store.
• Each in-store experience is limited to one person applying for feedback. The same appointment or the same group of in-store experiences cannot be split into multiple applications.
• Eligibility for the reward is contingent upon completing the entire process of "Event Registration → Codays Appointment → In-Store Experience/Consumption → Photo Verification → Submission of Information," and none of these steps can be omitted.

A little reminder

After completing the event registration, you are eligible to participate in the event; however, you still need to complete the "Codays Reservation", "In-store Experience by Reservation" and "Photo Verification and Data Submission" within the specified period for each wave. Only after the review is approved will you be eligible for the reward.

If the process is not completed before the latest completion time for that band, the spot may be released to the waiting list.

Those who have not completed the event registration may not pass the verification and feedback review even if they have made an appointment and visited the store.

2. This promotion is only applicable to participating stores and schemes that comply with the promotion rules.

3. Limited spots available, first come, first served.

The number of cashback offers is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time of submission of verification materials. If the materials are incomplete, the photos do not meet the requirements, or the review fails, the offer will not be reserved and will be filled by the next eligible applicant. Even if you have completed the in-store experience, you may not be able to receive the cashback if the event is already full when you submit your verification.

4. All procedures must be completed within the specified timeframe.

All Codays appointments, in-store experiences, photo uploads, and document submissions must be completed before the latest deadline specified for each time slot; late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Photos and documents must be clear and complete.

Photos must clearly show the Codays store recommendation sign and be identifiable as the store's on-site environment or store name; incomplete or incorrect information may affect the review and feedback process.

6. Changes to the appointment schedule may affect eligibility.

In the event of cancellations, reschedulings, changes in venues, changes in plans, or failure to attend, eligibility for the event will be determined based on the changed reservation status, event duration, and review results.
