I can only exercise about two days a week, for about an hour each time, and the coach plans the workout routine based on the time available and the areas I want to target:
- Monday: Legs, back, core
- Wednesday: Legs, Chest, Core

The actual training process is also described:
- Warm-up: Loosen your shoulders and arms, stretch with a rope, lunge forward with your knees bent at 90 degrees and add arm stretches.
